The Virgin, The Original Sinners: White Years Book III by Tiffany Reisz

THE ORIGINAL SINNERS: WHITE YEARS BOOK III
For years, Kingsley Edge warned Eleanor the day would come when she, the mistress of a well-respected Catholic priest, would have to run. She always imagined if that day came, she'd be running with Søren. Instead, she's running from him.

Fearing Søren and Kingsley will use their power and influence to bring her back, Eleanor takes refuge at the one place the men in her life cannot follow. Behind the cloistered gates of the convent where her mother has taken orders, Eleanor hides from the man she loves and hates in equal measure.

With Eleanor gone, the lights have gone out in Kingsley's kingdom. When he learns the reason she left, he, too, turns his back on Søren and runs. On a beach in Haiti, Kingsley meets Juliette, the one woman who could save him from his sorrows. But only if he can save her first.

Eleanor can hide from Søren but she can't hide from her true nature. A virginal novice at the abbey sends Eleanor down a path of sexual awakening, but to follow this path means leaving her lover behind, a sacrifice Eleanor refuses to make.

The lure of the forbidden, the temptation to sin and the price of passion have never been higher, and Eleanor and Kingsley will have to pay it if they ever want to go home again.

Tiffany Reisz is a masterful writer. I have read every one of her full length novels in the Original Sinners series, and much of her other work.  She takes erotica to another level, with her smart writing. The Virgin is book number three in the Original Sinners: White Years series, so in order to fully appreciate the amazing world and characters that Reisz has created, start with her first book, The Siren. You will be hooked from the beginning, and read each delicious book-- until you get to The Virgin
I have never forced myself to read slowly, but I did this time because I love being with the sinners!
The Virgin is the story of what happened the year that both Eleanor and Kingsley left Søren, for reasons that will be disclosed. It takes place the night before a wedding, while the friends and lovers revisit their history.  The story flows so effortlessly between Eleanor's and Kingsley's experiences during that year. We learn where Eleanor went when she left Søren, and why, along with where Kingsley went when he left Søren, and why. I was so wrapped up in both their stories that I wasn't even annoyed when one story "interrupted" the other.
It is such a wonderful and interesting journey, getting to know Reisz's characters. They are kinky and really cool, special people- fiercely loyal to those they care about and love. Reisz's writing also showcases her great sense of humor.
I highly recommend The Virgin, including all of Tiffany Reisz's books leading up to it, to everyone that enjoys romance and erotica with an edge.  It's smartly written, and will leave you understanding and loving our kinky friends even more.

*from author's website on reading order*

I have so many novellas and free stories that it can get confusing. Let me clear things up. Note, you do not have to read the books in this order. This is merely my suggested order.

#1- The Siren - full-length novel (always read this first before anything else)

#2- Griffin in Wonderland and Little Red Riding Crop - free reads on the blog

#3- The Angel - full-length novel

#4 - Seven Day Loan/The Gift - eBook novella (Amazon, BN, eHarlequin, Sony , etc)

#5- The Prince - full-length novel

#6- Daniel Part 2 & A Christmas Maggie - free reads on the blog

#7- Submit to Desire & Immersed in Pleasure - eBook novella (Amazon, BN, eHarlequin, Sony , etc)

#8- Every other free read in any order that turns you on. You'll want to read The Mitzvah and The Teacher before The Mistress (full-length novel #4) comes out so you can get to know Grace Easton better as she is one of the main characters in that book.

#9- The Mistress - full-length novel

We good? As long as you read The Siren, The Angel, The Prince in that order, you'll be fine. This reading order for the rest of the series' stories is simply my suggestion. The only wrong way to read The Original Sinners is to not read them at all (PS It's also grammatically correct in English to JOYFULLY split infinitives. Grammar Nazis can suck it).

Love,
Tiffany
